What we do
We offer a wide range of corporate, commercial and private client services such as company incorporations, partnership agreements, leases, advice on commercial contracts and disputes and on buying and selling businesses. We also advise on house purchases and sales, wills and powers of attorney and tax planning. However what we really try to do is solve your problem, quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Between them the Partners have over 40 years experience gained at some of the largest firms in Scotland and we aim to provide our clients with the benefit of this big firm experience but with a more personal service and at a more realistic cost.
Who we are
Stewart Rennie
Stewart Rennie was previously a Corporate Partner at HBJ Gateley Wareing and at Boyds, Solicitors. He is one of only 21 people accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Insolvency. Recent transaction highlights in relation to insolvency include acting for the Directors of Zoom Airlines in putting the company into administration .On the corporate side he has experience in advising businesses all the way from start-up through development funding to eventual sale . Aileen McInnes was previously a Senior Associate at Wright Johnston and Mackenzie. She concentrates on working with individuals helping them with buying and selling property and protecting their families by using Powers of Attorney and tax efficient Wills.
